These terms apply to your use of shawayadaaoun.ae (the "website"), operated by Shawaya Daaoun ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website you agree to these terms.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes: to view our menu, find our branches and contact us. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by any means other than the interface we provide.
We aim to keep menu items, prices, photos and opening hours accurate, but they may change without notice and may differ between branches and delivery platforms. Photos are for illustration. Prices and availability at the time of your order apply.
Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and sesame. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please tell our staff before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens.
Orders placed through delivery apps are subject to that platform's terms, including payment, delivery times and refunds. Please contact the platform first for delivery issues; we are happy to help with food quality concerns.

The website may link to third-party sites such as maps and delivery apps. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
